Job Description
Are you an experienced Program Support Officer with a strong background in project or program administration? This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term contract with a large and complex government department on the Sunshine Coast, commencing in September running through to **** (3 year contract)!
n In this role, you'll provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the successful delivery of key programs and initiatives. Working within a cooperative and supportive team, you'll play an important role in ensuring projects run smoothly while contributing to meaningful outcomes for the community.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and coordination support to program and project teams
n
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting papers, and documentation
n
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications
n




Maintain project records, registers, and schedules
n
Monitor action items and support program governance activities
n
Assist with data management and reporting requirements
n
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support project outcomes
n

About You
n
n
Previous experience in a Program Support Officer, Project Support Officer, or similar administration role
n
Strong organisational and time management skills
n
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
n
Experience supporting programs or projects within Government will be highly regarded
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage competing priorities
n
