Job Description
Searchability® is seeking a hands-on Growth Specialist to own paid acquisition for our DTC eCommerce brands. You will run campaigns on Meta and Google, build a live backlog of tests from benchmarking, and ship onsite tests with our developer. You will also design AI tooling to speed future work.

You'll report on metrics like blended CAC, MER, margin, cohort payback, and subscription attach, with direct access to the founder and GM in a hybrid Rowville-based setup.
