Our client is searching for an experienced Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer from within the urban development civil contracting sector to take on a leadership position across a portfolio of greenfield land projects in Adelaide.
n
You will be accountable for the overall performance of either a portfolio of projects or specific projects dependent upon the experience from within the urban development civil construction industry, and as such will be required to:

Administer the head contract and subcontracts.
n
Establish and maintain the construction program.
n
Establish and monitor the budgets.
n
Manage clients, subcontractors,



suppliers, and employees.
n
Ensure the project quality, safety and environmental objectives are achieved.
n
Submit monthly project reports for review.
n
n
Must Have
n
n
Bachelor level degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
n
Experience across the area of land subdivision and/or civil construction.
n
Contracts management.
n
Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills is a must.
n
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
n
Driven and enthusiastic with a positive,hands-on attitude to project delivery
n
Right to work in Australia (not requiring sponsorship)
