Intereach is seeking a Community Support Worker (Home Care) to join our Aged Care Support team in Albury.
This permanent part time role (minimum 15 hours per week) is based onsite, providing person-centred in-home support to older people to maintain independence.
You'll assist with respite care, domestic tasks, social activities, and wellbeing, reporting on client progress and maintaining records, while upholding a strengths-based, person-centred approach.
