Royal Melbourne Hospital seeks a Nurse Unit Manager for AC1 GEM Ward, a 20-bed geriatric evaluation and management unit at the Royal Park Campus.
You will provide visible clinical leadership within a multidisciplinary team, promoting protected, person-centred care for older adults with chronic conditions.
You will lead and develop the nursing team, manage clinical risk, and drive quality initiatives while overseeing the ward's cost centre and resources to support recovery and safe transitions home or
