Key Responsibilities
Team Management:
Supervise and manage Dynamic Pool Designs construction team and contractors.
Project Scheduling:
Schedule contract works with contractors and customers.
Customer Interaction:
Maintain ongoing customer relationships via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Contract Oversight:
Ensure contract requirements and inclusions are executed to a high standard
Documentation:
Keep accurate records of variations/changes and update the Dynamic administration and CRM systems.
Photo Documentation:
Maintain consistent photo logs at all project stages, ensuring appropriate forms are completed and filed correctly
Progress Updates:
Communicate consistently with office admin staff on project progress.
Trade Negotiation:




Negotiate with trades on pricing and expectations onsite.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service to contractors, suppliers, and customers.
Issue Resolution:
Address customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Valid White Card (Construction Induction Card)
Proven experience in construction
Ability to interpret technical plans
High attention to detail and quality
Full working rights in Australia
