About the Position
As a
Full-Time Night Duty Registered Nurse
, you'll provide safe, contemporary and person-centred clinical care while ensuring the smooth overnight operation of the home.
Working collaboratively with care staff and the wider multidisciplinary team, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality care and responding to residents' clinical needs throughout the night.




This role is ideal for an experienced RN who is confident working independently, has strong clinical judgement, and is committed to delivering exceptional aged care.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing high-quality clinical nursing care to residents during night shifts.
Completing resident admissions and comprehensive clinical assessments as required.
Developing, implementing and reviewing individualised care plans.
Administering medications safely and accurately.
Monitoring residents' health and responding promptly to changes in condition.
Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.
