Casual role available, BaptistCare Cooinda Court, Macquarie Park
About the Role
We're looking for caring, reliable
casual carers
to join our team at
Cooinda Court, Macquarie Park
.
In this role, you'll support residents with personal care, daily routines and meaningful interactions that help them feel safe, respected and connected.
You'll assist with showering, grooming, meals, mobility, clothing, general tidying and activities that matter to each resident.
You'll take the time to understand their preferences, listen with patience and provide care that protects dignity and encourages choice.
You'll also document care accurately and share updates with the team when things change.
We require staff to be able to work AM and PM shifts on weekdays.
Availability to work shifts from September - November is essential to cover existing staff leave.

About You
You're someone who brings warmth, patience and genuine care to every interaction.
You'll also have:
Certificate III in Aged Care (completed or currently studying) OR first year RN studies completed
Physical ability to perform care duties safely
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn
Clear, compassionate communication skills
Ability to build trust with residents, families and colleagues
Alignment with BaptistCare's Christian identity and values
