We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Food & Beverage Supervisor
to join our team at
RAAF Amberley
.
This role is ideal for a hospitality qualified who enjoys leading people, building a positive team culture and delivering exceptional customer service in a structured environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and support a team of approximately 20 front-of-house staff
Provide strong team leadership, guidance and training
Deliver friendly and professional customer service
Assist with staff rosters and timesheets
Support functions, events and day-to-day dining operations
Maintain high service standards across the venue
Work closely with management to contribute to the smooth running of operations
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Proven experience managing or supervising a front-of-house team
Experience managing high-volume meal periods and service delivery




Strong organisational and time management skills
Computer literacy for rostering, reporting and administration tasks
Experience supporting functions and events
Certificate III or IV in Hospitality or equivalent preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Certificate IV in Leadership or Supervision highly regarded
