Our perks offer you access to deals, support and discounts to help you unlock the significant things in Life – Health, Family, Recreation and Your Future with MinRes The Opportunity MinRes is seeking an experienced Processing Supervisor to join our Wodgina Lithium Operation on an 8D6X 7N7X roster flying from Perth Reporting directly to the Processing Superintendent, you will lead a dedicated team, ensure safe and efficient production while continuously improve processing activities to achieve production targets.
Key Responsibilities: Leading a team of processing technicians and operators to achieve key production and quality objectives.
Overseeing the operation of processing equipment, ensuring optimal conditions, and troubleshooting issues.
Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Coordinating both planned and unplanned maintenance activities to minimise downtime and ensure high levels of equipment reliability.
Managing the response to breakdowns and conducting failure analysis to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.




Fostering a work environment that promotes safety and compliance with all required regulations.
What is Required: Strong fixed-plant mineral processing experience with Spodumene Flotation experience highly desirable Demonstrated experience providing leadership within a processing plant environment Current Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor.
Ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives Solid focus on safety and fostering a zero-harm culture Training and assessing experience highly desirable About Wodgina The Wodgina lithium is a world class hard rock lithium asset, located 120km south of Port Hedland in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.
MinRes manages all mining operations at Wodgina, including a spodumene concentrate processing plant with an annual capacity of 900,000 tonnes (SC5.5).
