Job Description Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring equipment availability, leading preventative and predictive maintenance programs, managing technical teams and contractors, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing operation.
About this opportunity You'll play a key role in ensuring our production lines operate safely and efficiently while driving a proactive maintenance culture focused on reliability and performance.
Key responsibilities include: Leading site maintenance activities, contractors and maintenance trades.
Driving preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
Managing SAP PM / CMMS systems, maintenance schedules and work orders.
Leading root cause analysis and breakdown investigations.
Supporting production through planned shutdowns, changeovers and equipment commissioning.
Driving equipment reliability, uptime and OEE improvement initiatives.
Managing maintenance budgets, spare parts and contractor performance.
Leading safety, compliance and continuous improvement programs across the site.
About You To be successful, you'll bring: A trade qualification or engineering qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or a related field.




Proven maintenance leadership experience within FMCG, food, packaging, pharmaceuticals, personal care or a similar manufacturing environment.
Solid experience managing maintenance teams and contractors.
Sound knowledge of preventative maintenance, reliability improvement and shutdown planning.
Experience using SAP PM or CMMS systems.
Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
A hands-on leadership style with a focus on safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications A trade qualification or engineering qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or a related field.
