About The Company Our client is an established, independently owned mechanical workshop run by husband-and-wife team.
What started as a two-person business built from a love of cars and a dream of owning their own workshop has grown into a busy, modern automotive business with a strong team behind it.
The workshop provides vehicle servicing and repairs, diagnostics, suspension and GVM upgrades, and Department of Transport inspections.
As the business has grown, so has the investment in its people, equipment, systems and workshop.

About The Opportunity As an Automotive Technician at Busselton Automotive Repairs, your responsibilities will include: Carrying out scheduled vehicle servicing and maintenance Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults accurately and efficiently Working across a variety of makes and models Carrying out suspension work and upgrades Supporting and mentoring apprentices where appropriate Maintaining a high standard of workmanship Keeping up to date with automotive technology and repair methods Contributing to an efficient, organised and positive workshop About You The successful candidate will ideally have: must haves in bold Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (must have) Current manual driver's licence Experience working as a qualified Automotive Technician Robust diagnostic and mechanical skills A high standard of workmanship and attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills A reliable, proactive approach to work The ability to work independently while still being part of a team A willingness to continue learning and developing their skills Suspension experience would be highly regarded, but isn't essential Most importantly, we're looking for the right person.
