This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible, longer term temp assignment within a well-maintained commercial portfolio.
About the role: You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the portfolio, including: Managing tenant relationships and enquiries Coordinating maintenance and contractors Managing routine inspections Lease and property administration Following up rent and general property matters Liaising with owners, tenants and service providers General commercial property management duties as required About you: We are looking for someone who is: Experienced in commercial property management Organised, reliable and professional Confident dealing with tenants,
