What you'll be doing Advising on governance, compliance and corporate structuring for a client base that includes prescribed bodies corporate, Aboriginal community-controlled organisations and community benefit trusts Getting hands-on with rule book and constitution reviews, trust deeds, and directors' duties Working directly with the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act, a specialist area few junior lawyers get exposure to Drafting, negotiating and advising across a broad spread of commercial agreements Building relationships as a trusted advisor,
