Our Branch
Commercial and Contract Management provides contract, business, and commercial support for Public Transport Services.
This includes providing expertise in the management of long term, strategic public transport and infrastructure contracts for Brisbane's bus, metro and ferry operations, maintenance, and more.
The Role
The Contracts Manager Supplier Contracts role coordinates and supports contract management activities that strengthen governance, compliance and supplier performance.
Monitor supplier outcomes, provide expert contract advice, manage reporting and compliance processes, and help establish robust partnerships that contribute to service excellence.
In this role, you will:
Lead contract mangement activities to ensure effective governance, compliance and performance across supplier contracts
monitor supplier performance against contractual obligations, service levels and KPIs, addressing issues and driving continuous improvement
manage contract administration processes, including reporting, contract variations, compliance monitoring and performance insights
provide expert advice and identify opportunities pertaining to contract obligations, governance requirements,



risk management and supplier performance
build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders while supporting procurement, onboarding, contract establishment and service delivery outcomes.
To be successful you will have:
Proven experience in contract management within a complex operational environment
strong knowledge of contract governance, compliance monitoring, performance reporting and supplier management practices
demonstrated ability to interpret contracts, manage risks and provide expert advice on contractual obligations and compliance requirements
excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with experience preparing reports and influencing performance outcomes
strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build productive relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external partners
