A boutique family law firm in one of Perth's idyllic riverside suburbs is looking for a Paralegal to join its team.
Family law experience is a bonus but not required.
Full training will be given to the right person, so this is a solid entry point for someone early in their legal career or looking to move into family law from another area.
You'll work closely with the firm's lawyers, supporting them across a caseload that spans property settlements, parenting matters, divorce and de facto separation, consent orders and restraining order applications.
What you'll be doing: Drafting correspondence, affidavits and court documents under supervision Managing files, diaries and court deadlines Liaising with clients, the Family Court and other parties Assisting lawyers with case preparation and general file management What you'll need: Prior paralegal, legal secretary or law clerk experience (family law exposure is a plus,
