You'll be responsible for coaching and mentoring assessors, driving technical and scoping accuracy, supporting complex claims and ensuring the team consistently delivers high-quality customer and business outcomes.
Working closely with internal teams, builders, restorers and other industry stakeholders, you'll have the opportunity to shape best practice across the Home Claims function while developing the capability of your team.
