Danila Dilba Health Service in Darwin is seeking a Community Health Practitioner – Aged Care to join our multidisciplinary team.
The role focuses on delivering culturally protected, person-centred care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander elders, aligned with SEWB principles and the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.
You will hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or be qualified as an Aboriginal Health Practitioner, bring ≥5 years' experience in aged care or related fields,
