Why this role is a game changer
As a Bailey Nelson Manager in Training (MIT), you won't just support the store, you'll help run it.
You'll play a key role in delivering seamless, joy-filled customer experiences, from clinic to frame styling to final dispense.
This is more than a job, it's your pathway to running your own store.
You'll:
Support with store operations (including running the store 2 days a week)
Support the Store Manager & Optometrist to drive performance
Own the customer journey and make every interaction exceptional

What we're looking for
Retail, Hospitality, or Optical Leadership Experience:Proven experience at a supervisor or management level within a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or customer-centric workplace
You know how to lead from the front, manage shifts, and keep a team motivated
Values-Driven & Grounded:Someone who aligns perfectly with our culture and values - down to earth, tight knit and constantly striving to improve
Commercial Acumen & Sales Drive:Proven experience at a supervisor or store management level, with a track record of smashing sales budgets and driving retail KPIs (Multipairs, ATV, Conversion)
Exceptional Customer Service Skills:A passion for delivering world-class optical experiences, mastering the customer journey, and prioritising the customer above all else
Natural Leadership & Accountability:Experience running daily store operations, managing rosters, and taking full ownership of store performance.
You lead by example and love coaching and upskilling team members
An Aspiring Store Manager:A driven retail leader with the ambition and resilience to upskill and step into a BN Store Manager role within 6-12 months
Available to work full time38 hours, Sunday-Thursday roster
