Your responsibilities will include: Leading, mentoring and developing a team of six Property Managers Providing direction, support and accountability across the property management team Overseeing a small portfolio of commercial properties Maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and key stakeholders Ensuring high standards of service, compliance and property management delivery Reviewing and improving systems, processes and team efficiencies Supporting the team with complex property management matters and escalations Working closely with senior leadership to drive the ongoing performance of the department Identifying opportunities to improve client retention, service delivery and team performance You'll ideally bring:
