The team consists of experienced produce experts with diverse professional backgrounds.
Working in business support alongside this group, you will be contributing to a rapid-paced and high performing team, whilst being immersed in an exciting essential industry.
About the role We're looking for an administrative extraordinaire to provide purchasing, import documentation and administrative support.
This role will be dynamic and change with the seasons.
Duties will include: Accurately enter and maintain daily supermarket customer orders, including changes, amendments and cancellations.
Process sales orders, invoicing, credits, adjustments and related financial administration.
Enter landed cost bills and ensure associated costs are accurately recorded.
Coordinate purchasing with the Sales team, suppliers and growers, including product availability and required paperwork.
Prepare and maintain import and export documentation for inbound and outbound products.
Liaise with Management, Sales, Logistics and Finance to ensure clear communication and accurate information flow.
Provide general administration and customer support to the Sales team, including reporting and data entry.
Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
This role is based at our offices in Sydney Markets, Homebush West (Flemington), working Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm.
About You This role is busy, so it is important that you are someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a challenge.

To be successful in this role you will have: Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative role.
Experience in a busy purchasing setting, with import documentation or within the produce industry is highly desirable.
Experience working with an ERP system; NetSuite experience is highly desirable.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
Proactive and takes initiative, with the ability to see tasks through to completion.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, tasks and deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Collaborative team player who enjoys working across different areas of the business.
Reliable and accountable, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
