Location: Melbourne, Hybrid (3 days per week in office, 2 day WFH)

Are you an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce? Do you enjoy working on greenfield Salesforce implementations and delivering scalable, high-performance solutions that make a real difference?

We are seeking a talented mid-level Salesforce Developer to join our team on a permanent basis. You'll play a key role in designing and delivering innovative Salesforce solutions across Utilities, Government, Education, and Public Sector projects — ensuring seamless integration, compliance, and exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities
n
Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
n
Deliver high-quality solutions across Public Sector, Education Cloud, and Utilities Cloud environments.
n
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to define and translate requirements into technical solutions.
n
Work on greenfield Salesforce projects, setting and maintaining best-practice development standards.
n
Develop and maintain scalable and secure Salesforce applications, ensuring compliance with government and data security policies.
n
Perform data modelling, integration, and API development to extend Salesforce capabilities.
n
Optimise performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage technical debt effectively.
n
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities within an agile delivery environment.
n
Create and maintain technical documentation for all development work.
n
Support CI/CD processes and continuous improvement initiatives across the Salesforce platform.
n
Key Requirements
n
3–5 years' experience as a Salesforce Developer.
n
Proven experience in Utilities, Government, Education Cloud, and/or Public Sector Solutions.
n
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
n
Experience with OmniStudio (FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
n
Hands‐on experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and automation tools.
n
Solid understanding of Salesforce data structures, security models, and best practices.
n
Experience working on greenfield implementations from design to delivery.
n
Baseline Security Clearance (mandatory).
n
Solid communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
Nice to Have
n
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket).
n
Knowledge of Salesforce Shield, security configurations, and compliance frameworks for government projects.
n
Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud or Experience Cloud.
n
Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certifications highly regarded.
