Job Description
Lumia Care seeks an experienced Operations Manager - Care Services to lead the delivery of in-home care across NSW and ACT. You will supervise a team of 4 direct reports and about 50 full time equivalents, with roughly 1,000 casuals delivering services weekly, ensuring high-quality care aligned with plans and regulations.

You will drive workforce deployment, service transitions, and performance improvements while upholding governance, safety, and compliance standards.
