Compass Group Pty Limited is seeking a Head Chef for a part-time permanent position in Doncaster, VIC. The role focuses on overseeing in office a la carte dining, stock control, budgeting, rostering, mentoring and training staff, and liaising with clients and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum Cert. III in Commercial Cookery, kitchen management experience, and knowledge of HACCP, food safety and infection control. A police check is required or must be obtainable.
