Job Description
Commonwealth Bank in Carnarvon is seeking a part-time Customer Banking Specialist (22.5 hours/week) to join our Retail Bank. You will work with the Branch Manager to deliver outstanding customer outcomes, assist customers in using branch technology, and refer complex needs to specialists.

Rosters are predetermined, and a robust service mindset is essential. You will engage customers with meaningful conversations, perform Financial Health Checks, and ensure customers leave the branch satisfied.
