Working within a Strategy and Engagement team, you will lead key projects focused on strengthening organisational preparedness, building stakeholder capability, and supporting engagement initiatives across Queensland.Key Responsibilities:Support the planning, delivery and evaluation of projects, ensuring objectives, timelines and outcomes are achieved.Collaborate with managers, subject matter experts and stakeholders to define project requirements, priorities and success measures.Develop, manage and adjust project schedules, resources and deliverables to meet agreed standards and timeframes.Coordinate project communications, including stakeholder engagement, reporting, presentations, events and advocacy activities.Monitor project risks and issues,



maintain project registers and stakeholder records, and elevate emerging concerns as required.Undertake research and analysis to inform project planning and continuous improvement, while ensuring robust document management, record-keeping and compliance with project management methodologiesAbout You:Robust background in end-to-end project planning, delivery, and reporting.
Engagement & reporting.Proven experience designing and delivering education, engagement, or behaviour change initiatives.Exceptional written/verbal communication and stakeholder management abilities.Strong organizational and event management expertise.Excellent analytical, research, and risk management capabilities.Willingness to undertake occasional travel for events or stakeholder meetings as required (reimbursed per SOA provisions)
