Job Description
Essendon ZEEKR is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead every touchpoint of the ownership journey. You will work closely with the Sales Team, leadership, customers and partners to ensure a premium experience that reflects the ZEEKR brand.

This role focuses on gathering customer feedback, resolving issues, identifying improvement opportunities and building lasting relationships that drive satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy for the dealership.
