One of our federal Government clients is seeking to engage Lead Qlik Business Intelligence Specialists for Canberra-Hybrid location.Please note Candidate must have NV1 Security clearanceContract Duration - 12 months +24 monthsSecurity Clearance -NV1Overview-We are seeking experienced Business Intelligence Specialists to deliver a production‐ready Qlik Cloud workplace.This engagement will include:Migration of Qlik Sense Apps from on-premise infrastructure to Qlik CloudImplementation of a governance frameworkReplacement of legacy static reporting capability currently delivered via Qlik nPrintingTransfer of capability to NIAA business‐as‐usual supportKey duties and responsibilitiesThe successful candidates will be responsible for delivery of the following:Application migrationMigration and enhancement of existing data modelsMigration of in-scope Qlik applications from on-premise to Qlik CloudValidation of functionality, performance and data integrityPlatform capability replacementReplacement of in-scope Qlik nPrinting reports with equivalent Qlik Cloud reporting solutionsConfiguration of equivalent GeoAnalytics functionality within Qlik CloudGovernance model implementationDefine and implement change and release management processesImplementation of the agreed role-based access control modelConfiguration of audit and monitoring capabilitiesStandards and documentationDevelopment standards and naming conventionsData model and dashboard design standardsAdministration runbooks and support documentationTraining and transitionUser training materials and sessionsAdministrator training materials and handover sessionsKnowledge transfer and supporting documentation to enable transition to BAU implementation and business ownership1.Strong track record developing interactive Qlik dashboards and reports.2.Demonstrated experience designing and implementing physical data models in Microsoft SQL Server.3.Highly developed data communication skills, including the ability to explain data concepts to audiences of varying data literacy levels.4.Understanding of, or the ability to acquire knowledge of, the sensitivities associated with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander data, and the ability to communicate and manage such data in a respectful, appropriate, and culturally informed manner.1.Demonstrated Qlik Cloud experience in Tenant administration, including the management of spaces, roles and access permissions2.Demonstrated Qlik Cloud experience in Qlik Automate, including automation workflows, notifications, integration and webhooks
