n Are you detail-oriented with a knack for organisation? We are searching for a dynamic Airline Catering Stores Assistant to join our bustling Airport-based Catering Facility. You will play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly by managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of catering supplies. Your responsibilities will include:

Accurate recording and storage of deliveries, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
n
Managing stock through our inventory systems and carrying out regular stock counts
n




Supporting our production kitchens with timely and precise preparation of catering items for airside uplift.
n
Adhering to all aviation security, food safety, and WHS regulations.
n
Communication with various teams to ensure seamless operation.
n
n
Skills and Competencies:
n
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
n
Ability to handle time-sensitive tasks under pressure.
n
Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Basic computer literacy.
n
Must have a forklift Licence
n
n
