We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our growing team in a role designed for longevity, balance and professional pride.

Two dedicated Assistant Property Managers supporting you - One on-road assistant handling inspections and maintenance + One administration assistant supporting day-to-day and administrative tasks
Very limited open homes and leasing

About the role
Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for owners and tenants
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Oversee repairs and maintenance with support from your assistants
Review and sign off on entry condition reports
Support end of tenancies including exit inspections and bonds
Conduct routine and letting inspections where required
Manage general portfolio oversight and compliance
Utilise industry-leading systems including PropertyMe, Inspect Real Estate, Inspection Express, RP Data, PriceFinder and Realworks
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years' experience in residential property management
Strong tenure and pride in your previous roles
Valid driver's licence
A love of structure,

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
A calm, solutions-focused approach
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
