ANZUK are proud to be supporting a beautiful, family-owned centre on the Lower North Shore. We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic qualified Early Childhood Teacher to lead the Babies Room (0–1 years)

The Centre
This beautiful, well-respected 60-place family-owned centre on the Lower North Shore is committed to providing exceptional early childhood education. The team places a strong emphasis on listening to children's voices and creating learning environments that reflect their interests and development. With excellent resources, expansive outdoor spaces and a stunning natural playground, the centre offers a warm and inspiring place to work. You'll be joining a supportive, established team that is passionate about providing the highest quality care and education.
The Opportunity
This is a permanent Babies Room Leader opportunity, leading the
0–1 years
room alongside a dedicated team. You'll have the opportunity to build secure,



nurturing relationships with babies and their families while creating a calm, engaging environment that supports each child's individual development. You'll be empowered to take ownership of your room, mentor your team and contribute to the centre's collaborative and positive culture. Who You'll Be
You'll have experience working within early childhood settings and a genuine passion for supporting babies during their earliest stages of development. Whether you're an experienced Babies Room Leader or a Diploma Educator ready to step into leadership, we'd love to hear from you. You'll bring strong communication skills, confidence leading a team and a commitment to providing high-quality education and care.
The ideal educator will hold:
Diploma or Bachelor qualification (or ACECQA assessed equivalent)
Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
Current Working With Children Check
