The Opportunity As an Operator Maintainer (OM),



you'll play a key role in keeping our automated systems running at peak performance.
This is a hands-on role where no two days look the same - you'll monitor systems, troubleshoot faults, and work closely with maintenance teams to keep operations on track.
What You'll Be Doing Follow all safety procedures and protocols including safe manual handling practices Monitor and operate automated material handling systems Identify, diagnose, and resolve faults efficiently and safely Use logical problem-solving to troubleshoot technical issues Work at heights of up to 30 metres (with full training and safety equipment) Support high standards of housekeeping and site cleanliness Collaborate with team members to optimise system performance What You Bring We're looking for people who are reliable, curious, and ready to learn.
