We're Looking For...
An experienced Employee Relations Specialist who is passionate about creating positive workplace experiences and building leadership capability through trusted advice and partnership.
What You'll Do In this role, you'll provide specialist employee relations support across a broad range of workplace matters while partnering closely with leaders and stakeholders throughout the business.
You'll play an important role in maintaining a fair and compliant workplace, managing complex cases and contributing to strategic people initiatives.
Key responsibilities include: Managing complex employee relations matters, including performance, conduct, grievance, Fair Work and anti-discrimination cases.
Providing practical, commercially focused advice to leaders on workplace relations and employment legislation.
Interpreting and applying employment legislation, awards, enterprise agreements and organisational policies.
Supporting organisational readiness and compliance in response to legislative and industrial relations reforms.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, policy updates and strategic People Culture projects.

Experience Skills That Count Extensive experience in Employee Relations, Workplace Relations or a HR Business Partner role with significant ER case management exposure.
Solid knowledge of Australian employment legislation, industrial relations frameworks and the Fair Work system.
Demonstrated experience managing complex workplace matters, including performance, conduct, grievances, Fair Work claims and anti-discrimination matters.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to provide pragmatic and commercially focused advice.
Demonstrated experience in drafting, reviewing and maintaining employee relations policies, procedures and guidance materials to support legislative compliance and business outcomes.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to policy development, process improvement and organisational projects.
