What you'll be doing
The Coffs Harbour Hospital Float Pool is a flexible and dynamic nursing team that supports safe staffing and quality patient care across a wide range of clinical areas.
As a Registered Nurse in the Float Pool, you'll have the opportunity to work across medical, surgical, sub-acute and specialty services, building broad clinical experience while supporting teams where patient needs and activity are constantly changing.
This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy variety, learning and working in different clinical environments. You'll need strong clinical judgement, the ability to quickly adapt to new teams and environments, and confidence in prioritising care and escalating concerns when required.
You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide person-centred care and contribute to a positive, supportive and accountable workplace culture.
The role includes participation in a rotating seven-day roster across all shift types.
