We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales team member to join our team in Hindmarsh. This is a great chance for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, thrives in a fast-paced branch environment, and wants to grow their career with one of Australia's leading electrical wholesalers. As a key part of the branch team, you'll play an important role in supporting customers, driving sales and delivering outstanding service every day. About The Role

Delivering friendly, professional and efficient service to customers
n
Processing customer orders, enquiries and quotations accurately and promptly
n
Building strong relationships with customers and developing a clear understanding of their needs
n
Supporting the branch team to achieve sales and service targets
n
Identifying opportunities to promote Rexel's products and solutions
n
Working collaboratively with colleagues, suppliers and other internal stakeholders
n
Helping maintain smooth day-to-day branch operations
n




Contributing to a positive team culture and a strong customer-first environment
n

Qualifications
n
You are someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for customer service, and takes pride in getting the details right. You bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in building a career in sales and the electrical industry.

You'll Ideally Bring
n
n
Experience in a customer-facing, internal sales, retail sales or service role
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
A proactive and team-oriented approach
n
Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
n
A genuine interest in customer service and sales
n
Experience in electrical wholesale, trades, industrial, building or construction environments will be highly regarded
n
