NAB in Cairns is seeking a compassionate Fraud Specialist to join the Community Hub Network on a full time basis. You will work in-branch five days a week at the Cairns Community Hub, coaching branch colleagues in Fraud First Response and supporting customers facing complex, ongoing, or high-risk vulnerabilities.
You will provide essential banking support in person or via centralised channels, requiring resilience, empathy, and strong problem-solving.
