Job Description
We are partnering with a well-regarded financial services organisation seeking a Senior Capital Reporting Analyst for an initial 12-month contract.
n
The Senior Capital Reporting Analyst will support recurring capital and prudential reporting deliverables while contributing to reporting enhancements and regulatory initiatives. You will work across key Finance and risk-related functions to maintain reporting accuracy, strengthen controls and deliver transparent analysis to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Prepare, review and analyse capital and regulatory reports.
n
Support quarterly and annual Pillar 3 disclosures.
n
Ensure reporting complies with APRA requirements and internal governance standards.
n
Perform reconciliations, validation checks and quality-assurance reviews.
n
Prepare capital reporting, analysis and insights for executive and Board-level stakeholders.
n
Partner with Finance, Risk, Treasury and Audit to deliver accurate and timely reporting.
n
Identify opportunities to automate and enhance existing reporting processes.
n

Skills and Experience
n
n
Demonstrated experience within a Tier 1 bank, financial institution or prudential reporting environment.
n
Direct experience in capital reporting, regulatory reporting, Finance Control, Treasury Finance or Financial Risk.
n
Strong understanding of APRA prudential requirements, Basel frameworks and Pillar 3 disclosures.
n
Experience preparing reporting and presentations for senior executives or Board-level stakeholders.
n
Strong knowledge of reporting governance, controls, reconciliations and assurance.
n
Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.
n
Demonstrated ability to deliver both recurring BAU reporting and project-based initiatives.
n
Experience improving or automating financial and regulatory reporting processes will be highly regarded.
