We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional client experiences while supporting our people to learn, grow and succeed.We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Broker – Property & Development Finance to join our growing commercial lending team.This is an office-based Melbourne CBD role for an experienced commercial broker with a strong background in property, development and construction finance.You'll work across complex and high-value transactions, build strong relationships with developers and property investors, and play an important role in the continued growth of the commercial business.What You'll Be DoingManaging the end-to-end broking process across property, development and construction financeWorking with property developers, investors and business owners to understand their funding requirementsStructuring complex commercial lending solutionsManaging client relationships from initial enquiry through to settlementPreparing and presenting finance proposals to lendersBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with banks,
