We are looking for an organised, hands-on and motivated Online Coordinator to join our Online Warehouse team in Brookvale.
n
About the Role
n
Reporting to the Online Manager, the Online Coordinator plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day operation of our online fulfilment function and assisting with the coordination, training and motivation of the Online team.
n
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable moving between coordinating the team, processing orders, managing stock and getting involved in daily warehouse operations.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Assist with training, supporting and motivating the Online team
n
Accurately and efficiently pick and pack customer orders
n
Ensure orders are packed carefully and to a standard that positively represents the Alfresco Emporium brand
n
Process and dispatch orders correctly through CIN7, Shopify and Shippit
n
Book and manifest freight consignments
n
Assist with printing and sorting online and Click & Collect orders
n
Monitor stock levels of packing and stationery materials
n
Complete cycle counts and assist with general warehouse stock duties
n
Complete end-of-day checks and help maintain a clean and organised warehouse
n
Liaise with our Customer Care team regarding online orders and larger deliveries
n




Resolve stock-on-hand order issues and coordinate stock transfers where required
n
Process refunds for out-of-stock products
n
Help ensure the team follows WHS requirements and operational procedures
n
Assist with seasonal gift production during peak trading periods
n

About You
n
We're looking for someone who is practical, reliable and comfortable taking responsibility in a busy online warehouse environment.
n
You'll bring:
n

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask
n
Positive communication and customer service skills
n
The ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
n
An understanding of WHS practices
n
A hands-on approach and willingness to assist wherever needed
n
The physical ability to safely undertake warehouse duties, including lifting boxes
n
A current driver's licence
n
