families and Support OfficeFuture leaders being identified and developed across the portfolioAbout YouYou're an experienced multi-site operational leader who understands that your success comes through the success of the leaders you support.You'll bring:Demonstrated multi-site leadership experience, ideally within Early Childhood Education and CareA genuine coaching and mentoring mindsetStrong experience developing leaders and building high-performing teamsSound understanding of quality, compliance and operational excellenceCommercial awareness and confidence working with occupancy, staffing and financial performanceThe ability to adapt your leadership approach across different centres and leadership stylesConfidence having constructive and sometimes challenging conversationsA collaborative, authentic and values-led leadership styleStrong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise across multiple servicesRelevant leadership experience and Early Childhood qualification/s.Current driver's licence.Working with Children Check / Blue Card (or ability to obtain).
