Citi Club Hotel is looking for a dynamic and visionary Hotel Manager to drive overall operational performance and champion exceptional guest experiences. Managing a multi-faceted property featuring modern rooms, on-site dining and nightlife, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of hospitality while maximizing profitability and staff engagement.

Responsibilities

Overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered to guests
n
Managing and supervising hotel staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
n
Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure effective hotel operations and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
n
Managing budgets, financial plans, and forecasting hotel revenues
n




Building and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers
n
Implementing strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenue
n
Handling guest complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
n
Maintaining and monitoring hotel facilities and equipment to ensure they are in good working conditionPreparing and presenting regular reports to senior management
n

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or relevant area of study

Other Skills & Requirements

Minimum 1 year of professional experience in hotel management
n
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
n
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively
n
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
n
Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
n
Proficient in using hotel management software ( Especially RMS) and systems
n
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
