This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to make a genuine impact while partnering closely with operational and business leaders.The RoleAs the HR Manager, you will take ownership of the full employee lifecycle and act as the key HR point of contact across the organisation.
Working closely with leadership, you will balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR operations, helping to foster a positive culture, support leaders and drive best-practice people processes.Key Responsibilities:Act as the standalone HR lead, providing end-to-end HR support across the businessPartner with leaders on employee relations, performance management and workforce planningManage recruitment,



onboarding and talent development initiativesReview and improve HR policies, procedures and people processesDrive employee engagement, culture and wellbeing programsSupport learning and development activities while coaching leaders on people mattersMaintain HR systems, reporting and compliance requirementsSkills & ExperienceProven experience in a standalone HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor roleGeneralist HR experience across the full employee lifecycleStrong ER/IR knowledge with the ability to manage people matters confidentlyExperience working within FMCG, manufacturing or similar operational environmentsHands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic and operational prioritiesStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsComfortable working in a rapid-paced, growing business environment
