Sanicki Lawyers are one of Australia's leading boutique entertainment law firms with a range of specialty areas and a focus on actively supporting staff to achieve their professional goals while prioritising a work-life balance.We are seeking a Commercial Lawyer to join our agile commercial team and create the career they have always dreamed of.Key Responsibilities include:Advise clients on a range of commercial, corporate, and business law matters.Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, agreements and deeds.Manage client files with a focus on communication and achieving client outcomes.Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management.About YouThe successful candidate must have a proven ability to take instruction, run matters independently, work collaboratively,



and provide assistance to our partners and enthusiastic junior staff.Admitted as a Lawyer in Victoria with 3 years PAE in corporate and commercial law.Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.Demonstrated practical problem-solving abilities.Experience in business sales and acquisitions, general commercial drafting and transactional work (experience in franchising a bonus).
