This is a hands-on leadership role, equally comfortable resolving an individual client issue as it is contributing to future operating models and technology-enabled change.Key responsibilities include:Owning operational performance, workloads, capacity and service levels across your portfolioLeading, coaching and developing operational teams to build a high-performance cultureManaging client relationships and taking ownership of significant service issues and escalationsIdentifying opportunities for process improvement,
