QLI Fitness Equipment Australia is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Silverwater.This is a hands‐on, sales‐target‐driven role for someone who knows the Australian fitness industry, understands commercial fitness equipment and is ready to build genuine long‐term growth.You'll be responsible for:Building strategic partnerships across Australia and selected global marketsDeveloping current sales channels and commercial opportunitiesGrowing relationships with gyms, distributors, developers and industry partnersManaging the full sales cycle—from first conversation through to closeDriving sales performance and achieving agreed targetsWe're after someone commercially sharp, confident with people and comfortable moving between strategy and getting the job done.The package includes a competitive base salary plus commission.
