You will manage your own client portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact and building strong relationships based on trust and reliability.Alongside your client work, you will oversee workflow among junior team members, review their work and play an active role in their coaching and development.
This is a genuine step-up role for an experienced accountant ready to take on more client ownership and people leadership.Key responsibilitiesManaging a portfolio of clients as their primary point of contact, providing tailored accounting and advisory servicesPreparation and review of financial statements, activity statements and tax returns for all entity types and individualsIdentifying and managing tax issues such as Division 7A loans, fringe benefits tax, CGT events, SBE and depreciation concessionsProviding tax planning advice and identifying tax-saving opportunities for clientsUndertaking periodic management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and analysing financial data to provide insights to clients and senior managementCoordinating and prioritising workflow among junior team members, ensuring work is allocated efficiently and completed within agreed timelinesCoaching, mentoring and supervising junior staff, including reviewing work,
