and accounting policiesIdentify current methods or streams for cost and efficiency management of projectsStakeholder ManagementLiaise with consultants through DA and BA stage to finalise plans and approvalsInform stakeholders of updates to legislation, guidelines, improvements to procedure , and other mattersProject ManagementPrepare and monitor project plans, as compared to project budgetsFollow-up with outstanding quotesImplement and continuously monitor processes and policies in support of organisational goalsConstantly review and implement structure, process, systems, and technology to ensure staff deliver a cost effective and timely solutionSkills & experienceAt least 3 years' experience in Construction Estimating, preferably within the construction industryProven experience estimating Townhouse and unit developmentsDegree or tertiary qualification desired – or equivalent (demonstrated) ability to learnComputer literacy essentialExperience in account management, relationship management and networking essentialPrevious experience working with a variety of stakeholders and competing deadlinesKnowledge of the construction industry
