We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function.About the roleThis is a senior, hands-on leadership role covering the full marketing function — strategy through to execution.
Reporting to the Managing Director and leading a small team, you will own our marketing calendar, email and CRM, website and e-commerce, paid media, PR and partnerships, events, packaging, and reporting, while managing external agencies and vendors.Key responsibilitiesSet, own and drive the marketing strategy and rolling marketing calendarManage email & CRM (Klaviyo) — EDMs, lifecycle flows and nurture sequencesOwn the website and e-commerce experience (Shopify), including site projects and SEO coordinationPlan and manage paid media across Meta and Google, with performance tracking and reportingManage PR,



media relationships and brand partnershipsOwn the events program, including trade shows and community activationsOversee packaging, artwork and recent product launches, including complianceDeliver monthly marketing reporting and analytics to leadershipLead and develop the marketing team, and manage external agencies and suppliersAbout youSenior, full-funnel marketing experience, genuinely hands-on across email/CRM, e-commerce and paid mediaStrong analytical, reporting and commercial decision-making skillsA strategic brand storyteller and precise writer with flawless attention to detail.Calm and organised under a demanding, varied workloadExperience in specialty coffee, hospitality or FMCG highly regarded but not essentialThis is a significant, high-impact role at the centre of a growing, independent Melbourne coffee business.
