You will lead teams of up to 30 staff, support compliance requirements, manage operational issues, and contribute to the continued success and growth of the venue.The successful candidate will be a confident decision-maker with the ability to lead from the front during busy service periods while maintaining a strong focus on guest satisfaction and team culture.Your Skills and Experience:Minimum 2 years' experience in a Duty Manager,
