mentor and monitor the performance of trainees undertaking trainingundertake and/or assist in the development or conduct of training evaluation and validation activitiesundertake and/or assist in the development or conduct of training needs analysis activitiesprovide an equitable and accessible training and assessment environment for all training customers and participantsKnowledge, Skills & ExperienceCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE *****) or equivalentAdvanced Certificate in Electronics or equivalentvocational experience as a ADF Training Instructor; orvocational experience in the Training Instructor for RAN/RNZN/RNZAF/RN/RAF roles.demonstrated solid experience in the Air Traffic Management technical domain.Primary and Secondary Ground RADAR knowledge and / experienceUNIX based Data Processing and Display computer system knowledge and experienceGOOD TO KNOWPrior to being offered employment, you will need to complete pre-employment police and (role dependent) medical checks.
A Defence security clearance is required for this role; applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance.Additional information with regards to clearances is available from the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency website AGSVA/.
In some cases, individuals who hold a current clearance from a foreign government may be eligible to have this clearance recognised by the Australian Government and be eligible for this role.The Australian Defence Trade Controls Act (DTCA) is applicable and as such, your nationality may be a factor in determining your suitability for this role.
